Last week, it was Tesla's Elon Musk saying find work-life balance, but this week it's Amazon's Jeff Bezos saying to stop aiming for work-life balance. So, where do we go now? Well both Jeff and Elon are right. The two of them said YOU have to find your own work-life harmony.  And more importantly it's not balance, it's about harmony.  What works for you?
